Deep Insight Into: How Can I Bring More Presence Into My Daily Life?
“I call my energy back from all timelines.”
Introduction: Reclaiming Scattered Energy
This week, I return to the soul intention: “I call my energy back from all timelines.”
Life can feel chaotic if we allow it to—but it can also be peaceful and joyful when we choose to anchor ourselves in the present moment. I have come to realise that presence is not a luxury; it is a necessity, especially in a world where fast-paced living and constant information overload have become the norm.
To be truly present means focusing all of your energy into the now. This leads us into this week’s reflection: “Where is my energy scattered, and how can I reclaim it?”
What Scattered Energy Feels Like
Some of the symptoms of energy fragmentation that I have personally experienced include feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, energetically drained, anxious, and caught in a loop of overthinking.
Often, when I sit down to work on a personal or professional project, I find that when I fully focus my energy on the task at hand—not worrying about the past or future—I not only complete it on time, but I am also able to hear the quiet whispers of my soul guiding me. This is when my creativity flows effortlessly, and synchronicities show up to support my path.
Working with several remarkable individuals on their own transformation journeys, I have witnessed the same truth unfold. When they stop giving energy to thoughts, people, and experiences that no longer serve them, they light up with vitality. Suddenly, the life they once thought was out of reach begins to manifest. It becomes possible—because they stop scattering their energy and begin focusing on what they want to experience.
This proves that when our energy is scattered, we are not truly present.
The Power of Presence: Why It Matters
Presence is the sacred anchor that draws our energy back from the past and future.
Being grounded in your current reality allows you to see your experiences as opportunities to grow and evolve. When we are present, we naturally begin to embody who we are at a soul level—leading to energetic coherence and attracting the people, opportunities, and abundance meant for us.
Let us revisit the intentions from recent weeks:
“I align with my soul’s truth”— This can only happen when I am present to what my truth feels like in the moment.
“I trust the divine timing of my path”— Trust is not future-based. It requires surrender to the now.
“I release what no longer serves me”— Releasing begins when I become present to what is no longer aligned.
Where Is My Energy Scattered?
Here are some common areas where our energy leaks, based on both my experience and what I have seen in others:
Regret from the past— Ruminating on decisions and choices that led to painful outcomes.
Anxiety about the future— Worrying especially about money, security, and how to achieve the dream life with limited resources.
Trying to control outcomes— Wanting life on our terms, without surrendering to the divine flow or acknowledging our limited conscious awareness.
Emotional entanglements with others— Giving our power away by living according to others’ expectations.
Replaying old stories— Retelling painful or defining experiences that still hold emotional charge and keep us tethered to the past.
How Can I Reclaim My Energy and Be Present?
Some simple, powerful energetic practices I return to often:
Intentional breathwork— Repeating the phrase, “I call my energy back to me now.”
Grounding visualisations— Imagining roots from my body anchoring deep into the earth.
Releasing cords— Gently letting go of people, places, or stories with love instead of resistance.
Morning check-ins— Asking myself: “Where am I now, and what do I feel?”
Other personal rituals that support my presence include intuitive walks, journaling, sitting in nature, and allowing myself to simply be with whatever is.
Journal Prompts for Integration
Before journaling, take a few deep breaths and centre your energy. Let these prompts guide your awareness:
What past or future situation am I mentally or emotionally stuck in?
“I learnt to let go of old survival stories and future fears that no longer matched who I was becoming.”
What relationships, old stories, or memories, or fears are draining my energy?
“I have released connections tied to duty, not alignment, and rewritten the stories that once kept me small.”
How does it feel when I imagine calling all parts of myself home?
“It feels like a homecoming—peaceful, powerful, like I am whole again in my body and soul.”
What daily practices can help me anchor into the present moment?
“Sacred silence, barefoot grounding, breathwork, and intuitive journaling are my portals into presence.”
What energetic cords am I ready to cut?
“I am ready to release cords tied to perfectionism, people-pleasing, and outdated roles that no longer serve me.”
Bonus Writing Prompts (Flow-On From Previous Weeks)
Where in my life am I chasing perfection at the cost of presence?
“I chased polished outcomes in my business, until I realised that presence creates more impact than perfection.”
How does presence feel in my body?
“Like a soft surrender—my breath deepens, my shoulders drop, and I can hear my soul speak clearly.”
Where does my energy go when I am stressed?
“It scatters into worry, loops of doing, and trying to prove I am enough—until I pause and return to stillness.”
How can I reclaim it gently, lovingly, consciously?
“By whispering ‘I love you, come home’ to the parts of me I abandoned while chasing who I thought I had to be.”
Closing Reflection & Invitation
I invite you to pause right now… Place your hand over your heart and whisper to yourself: “I call my energy back from all timelines. I choose to be here now.”
Reclaiming your scattered energy is not just an act of self-care—it is a profound act of self-love and soul integrity.
